GDPR Compliance

The GDPR allows EU citizens to request that Personally Identifiable Information (PII) be removed from your records on their request (The right to deletion). WE provide for this by allowing you to replace PII with random data (obfuscation).

Obfuscating PII at a customer’s request

1. Open the GDPR compliance section.
2. Select GDPR by name.
3. Select the date range to search between:
4. Click on the blue calendar icon by the from date.
5. Select the date in the calendar.
6. Click on the blue calendar button.
7. Click on the blue calendar icon by the to date.
8. Select the date in the calendar.
9. Click on the blue calendar button.
10. Enter one or more of the following fields:
11. Name.
12. Telephone.
13. Postal Code.
14. Click on View.
15. If any records it returns match the customer, check the box to the left of each record.
16. If all of the records match the customer, check the box at the top left of the list to select all.
17. Click on obfuscate to amend those records and remove the PII without deleting other information about the order.
