How to create a Return order?

From process order screen, select any order and click on three dot menu that display “Return” option

By clicking on the “Return” option, it will redirect you to the Return order page

By clicking on + icon, It will display Return option, client needs to enter the Return quantity and reason for Return request and click on Add so that details will be added

By clicking on “Return” option, the order will be created

Go to Orders section and click on Return orders so that below page will be displayed

Column selector - This feature allows to select/deselect required columns

Search bar - It helps to search orders by entering relevant keywords such as EBG Commerce Order ID

Export to CSV - It helps to export Return order details in CSV file

View - This feature helpful to refer Return order details
