Amazon Shipping Integration

This guide provides the steps for adding the Amazon Shipping integration to eBG Commerce.

1. In eBG Commerce, go to Integration => Shipping Integration

2. Click on Add Integration

3. Search the Integration or Select the integration that needs to be integrated.

4. Search “Amazon” and click on Install.

5. Add the Account Name and click on Next.

6. Select the Site and the Amazon Account Type and Click on Next.

7. On this step the seller needs to generate the token by clicking on Generate Token and it will redirect the user to the specific account type he/she has selected. Once the Token has been generated, Click on Next.

8. Integration will be done and the user can now add the services.

9. Once integration is completed the user can check the status of integration on Shipping Integration

10. A three-dot menu is located on the left side of the integration image. When clicked, it displays four options: Config, Property, Service and Delete.

11. Config - Here if you want to change or add any details that were used at the time of integration can be done.

12. Pickup address information is mandatory and Return address information is optional. Please specify the return address if it is different from the Pickup address.

13. Property - Several fields are required on the Shipping Vendor's side to successfully generate the label. These fields are included here and can also be mapped to your item's extended properties.

14. Services - The user can add the required services in the integration, which can then be used for printing labels for orders.

15. The user can select the services and click on Add, once all the services are added Click on Save.

16. Delete - To delete the integration, the user can click on Delete. A confirmation pop-up will appear, and upon confirmation, the integration will be deleted.
