Royal Mail Click & Drop Shipping Integration

This guide provides the steps for adding the Royal Mail Click and Drop Shipping integration to eBG Commerce.

  1. In eBG Commerce, go to Integration => Shipping Integration

  1. Click on Add Integration

  1. Search the Integration or Select the integration that needs to be integrated.

  1. Search “Royal Mail” and click on Install.

  1. Add the Account Name and click on Next.

  1. Add below details and Click on Next.
    • [These two are mandatory {api_key, trading_name} ]
    • [These are optional {tracking_client_id, tracking_client_secret} ]

  1. To get the api_key and trading_name you can follow below steps.
    • Login to your Click and Drop account and click on Settings on right top corner.

  1. Click on Integrations

  1. Click on Add New Integration.

  1. Click on Click & Drop API

  1. Select the Trading Name from Drop Down and Integration Name should come automatically.

  1. Trading Name and API Auth Key should be copied and added in the integration setup.

  2. Integration will be done and the user can now add the services.

  3. Once integration is completed the user can check the status of integration on Shipping Integration

  1. A three-dot menu is located on the left side of the integration image. When clicked, it displays four options: Config, Property, Service and Delete.

  1. Config - Here if you want to change or add any details that were used at the time of integration can be done.

  1. Property - Several fields are required on the Shipping Vendor's side to successfully generate the label. These fields are included here and can also be mapped to your item's extended properties.

  1. Services - The user can add the required services in the integration, which can then be used for printing labels for orders.

  1. The user can select the services and click on Add, once all the services are added Click on Save.

  1. Delete - To delete the integration, the user can click on Delete. A confirmation pop-up will appear, and upon confirmation, the integration will be deleted.
